I work with Mantras and Affirmation on a regular basis, incorporating them into a Meditation practice is not only extremely healing but very relaxing and really helps to raise the vibrational energy level to a higher place.
These Mantras are extremely powerful when used correctly.
You will find many links available online for correct pronunciation and you tube and spotify have hours of Mantra music available for your enjoyment.
I like to use my Mala beads with Mantras however if you do not have any, having intent and repeating the chosen Mantra for as long as time permits will be very beneficial to you.
Mala beads have the purpose of keeping you focused during meditation.
The repetitive movement of your fingers across the beads helps ground you.
Touching each bead as you say a mantra helps you keep track of how many times you’ve repeated the mantra.
Traditional mala necklaces have 108 beads, which reflects a sacred number in both Hinduism and Buddhism and is usually the amount of repetitions done.
There is limitless material out there for various specific Mantra intents , these are my chosen favourites below.
Medicine Buddha Mantra
Is used to eliminate not only the pain of disease but also helps in overcoming the major inner sickness of attachment, hatred, jealousy, desire, greed, and ignorance.
Meaning:
”May the many sentient beings who are sick,
Quickly be freed from sickness.
And may all the sicknesses of beings
Never arise again.”
”Tayata
Om Bekandze Bekandze
Maha Bekandze
Radza Samundgate Soha”
Green Tara Mantra
The practice of Green Tara helps to overcome fear and anxiety, but devotees also believe that she can grant wishes, eliminate the suffering of all kinds and bring happiness.
”OM TARE TUTTARE TURE SVAHA”
Meaning:
”Om! O Tara! I beg of you, O Tara! O swift one! Hail!”
Om Mani Padme Hum
One of the most sacred Buddhist mantras or verbal formulas; used very frequently in Tibet and in surrounding countries of the Far East.
This mystic sentence refers to the indissoluble union between man and the universe, and thus conveys “I am in thee and thou art in me.” Each of us has within himself the jewel in the lotus or the divine self within.
White Tara Mantra
White Tara can be called upon to give you healing and well-being on all levels – physical, emotional and spiritual.
With this mantra, you can achieve health, wisdom, satisfaction, peace, love, wealth and fulfil all your wishes.
”OM TARE TUTTARE TURE MAMA AYUR
PUNYE JNANA PUSHTIM KURU YE SVAHA.”
Meaning:
”The liberator of suffering shines light upon me to create an abundance of merit and wisdom for long life and happiness.”
OM
this is an immensely powerful practice for the body, mind and soul.
Although spelled as Om, this mantra is actually pronounced as “Aum” and is made up of three parts – A, U, and M.
Each of these three parts represents creation, preservation, and destruction – the three aspects of existence. A, U, and M also represent the waking, dreaming, and dreamless states.
Om contains the entire universe and carries within it the power of nature’s forces. The Om sound is the vibration of Bramhan, the supreme Self.

Helps Open The Third Eye And Crown Chakras.
Helps You Concentrate Better.
Boosts Positivity In Your Life.
Connects You With Your Inner Self.
